The current Principals of TRE & Associates, LLC (TRE) represented Hunt Communities GP, LLC (Hunt) to the planning and design of the Sector 6 Phase III Regional Lift Station, a 1,600 gallon per minute duplex submersible sewage lift station, 12-inch force main, and 18-inch interceptor. These wastewater system improvements located in the Mission Ridge Master Planned Community were integral to facilitating the termination of temporary and limited wastewater service being provided by an adjacent service provider.

TRE provided the planning to support the design capacity of the system considering projected service area and demands. The resulting design required a 1,600 gallon per minute duplex submersible lift station which included a jib crane and odor control system. The wastewater will be delivered to the lift station through a 3,900 linear foot 12-inch force main. The lift station discharges to an 18-inch wastewater interceptor. The 450 feet of 18-inch interceptor discharges to an existing collection system which ultimately outfalls to the El Paso Water Utility Public Service Boards System. The design of the lift station, force main and interceptor was approved by both the El Paso Water Utility Public Service Board and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Construction support was provided under direction of the representation that are now Principals of TRE. This included preparation of construction specifications and bid documents, conducting pre-bid meetings and administration of the bid opening. During the course of construction routine inspection progress was provided.
