This project involved the design and construction of a 1.0 MG composite elevated storage tank for HRMUD. This tank was part of a larger scope of projects which included water system modeling, route studies, and site selection. The scope of the services provided by principals of TRE included design survey, tank design, design approval and release of escrow of funds through the TCEQ, specification preparation, bidding, construction observation, and construction administration. TRE coordinated with a certified welding and coating inspector for inspection of the tank bowl during construction.
